EN 13164-The European Standard Specifies the requirements for factory made extruded polystyrene foam(XPS) products, with or without facings or coatings, which are used for thermal insulation of buildings. The products are manufactured in the form of boards which are also available with special edge and surface treatment (tongue & grooves, shiplap etc.)
EN 13164聚苯乙烯发泡材料CE认证体系
聚苯乙烯泡沫(XPS)产品CE认证（保温隔热产品CE认证）根据EN 13164体系1进行欧盟CE认证，或者根据体系3进行欧盟CE认证。
EN 13164体系1需要欧盟公告认证机构(欧盟NB公告机构)对工厂进行持续监督并对产品测试评估。EN 13164体系3需要欧盟公告机构(欧盟NB公告机构)对工厂进行测试。
从2013年7月1日起，欧盟强制实施建筑产品CPR法规(Construction Product Regulation简称No.305/2011/EU-CPR法规) ，新的CPR法规取代之前的CPD指令(Construction Product Directive简称CPD:89/106/EEC指令)
